Just unsolder the memory TC97101P or fill all lines with FF FF......
well ecu become immo off

I tried to remove it, but nothing, it gives me error. How can I read or write this eprom?

Dear Owner,

I landed on this thread and it was helpful to the threat starter. I have a 2003 Jaguar X type  2.0L 2X43- ECU. I need to make the ECU virgin by wiping the memory with VID blocks so I can reprogram it. Could you advice which memory to read?

TC97101P is supported by UPA USB-S  programmer , read/write ok

Much thanks. Should I wipe it clean?. I read on some forum that to make it new so that you can program the module as new, you need to wipe it clean and solder back.
