  I have it installed on XP-Virtual under Windows 7, if i remember it wouldn't install directly under 7. Old software, might be picky under VM's. I can provide you copy i have if you like to try, maybe something on the other file. 03-2008 was last version GM released.

I have the 2008 version, but I tried to do a 2008 gmc and it gave me an error, Had to buy a subscription to do it. I'm surprised no one has found a way to crack or hack the USA version GM programming. Not sure how the european GDS2 works. Would be nice if it could program USA GM cars as well.

GDS2 is for diagnostics not for programming.
Tis2000 maybe do not cover that car even its 2008 year. GM Tis2000 is 3-2008 the last one.  This could be a reason that you failed but using VMware could be another one.

Thanks for the info. I can flash/program older 2007 models, no problem. But I guess the 2008 was not in the data base, so I just purchased the program. Also, in GDS2 I can actually go to sps and opens up the program to flash just like the USA version, have not tried to flash, so not sure if it works. But it does have the SPS programming option and it opens up, just not sure if it works.

Would you like to share a pics to see what you call SPS Programming in GDS2.
I am very sure you make a confusion and SPS Programming a simple Coding that is maybe called Programming in GDS2.
In Tec2win there is a SPS Programming function but this is not available in it.
Its there because this is a Tech2 emulator but if you know how this works in Tech2 hand held you will understand why this SPS Programming function from Tech2 is not available.

You are so much confused.............
Gm Gds 2 is only for diagnosis and test functions operations....... Is just a simply official Gm 'scanner' program for all the newer cars from 2009+
For to make any programming or coding on all these newer 2009+ models you must go thru SPS.........
For Gm Nao (Usa/Canada) the old Tis2000 support cars till 2008....... So for any Gm Nao car from 2009+ for to make any SPS the only solution is to go online thru Tis2web (Ac Delco)...........
