Hello i have an rns 510 unit with sw 1000 hw 04
and i upodated to 5238
i get this error

swl error010303

error mpeg library load failure

somebody has an firmware without mpeg line update

Itried 3 times and same error with different firmware 5238 4020 (1000 original)
after this now i get ecuorder txt hw version error

i think is flash bad or mpeg is not working anymore

Maybe you should try to find original version, i have 900 and 1020 but i never saw 1000.

Update first with 3980 and after that 5238.

Don't even try to update 6276 because it's not for your Hardware.
You can update only until 5238.

Hardware C3 to C12 can use firmware versions to 5238
Hardware C6 to C12 can use firmware versions to 5274.
Hardware C14 can use firmware 6276.

I can guess what fault is but to be sure read out hardware info with setconfig or rns manager> i can proivde. If mpeg area gives not avaible or a error the mpeg area on the mainboard is broken then you have to load special firmware with mpeg disabled. i can provide all and help you out
