Hello
I have a 2010 passat 1.6 cayc engine pcr2.1 ecu.
It is a non runner with no injector pulses.All injectors
have been tested and were found to be ok fuel pressure is ok The loom is also
ok The only fault I am getting is P214600.I think the problem
is with the ecu and if so is there a way to repair it.I would
be very grateful for any help.

SIMOS PCR 2.1 is common failure about injector drivers in ecu. Also Tricore MCU bad soldering.
You can try to heat up ecu first and see will that change anything.
Second option is to take multi-meter and start from transistors and measure injector output resistance. I doubt that it will be success. But its worth to try maybe. you can spend hours to figure out ECU schematic and each component / circuit values.
Just take another and adapt car IMMO to secondhand /new ECU.

No injector coding is ok.
