Wrong ediabas settings for SWID reader. You can easily setup it by using "EasyConnect" or similar tool which you can find here in forum.
As for e-sys, just restart it and try again, but better use version 3.27.1

Try to start SWID reader as administrator.
It complains that cannot find file c:\Ediabas\Bin\REMOTE.INI, which contain remote settings.

That file is part of ediabas installation.
Extract the file from archive and place it on the same place as ediabas.ini.
After that apply the setting again from EasyConnect.
