When i install ediabas 7.3.0 i dont have remote.ini

This EDIABAS.INI works for ESYS using ICOM
My ICOM is 169.254.209.209, change this IP address if yours is different
Use with itoolradar

Anyway, OBD connection is enough to read NBT 1xDE file.
Click READ then SAVE on ESYS.

ICOM is overkill for reading 1xDE

Dude if you have correct Ediabas file, you don't need to use Easyconnect

Like I said you are over complicating the whole process, you can read 1xDE using USB to CAN bus OBD plug.
Same if you do on bench
