When I bought my kess I had a little box with it. I think it is a power stabilizator but I am not sure

And maybe you could say what is the function of others kess accessory

as above its tricore module! just most sellers dont bother paying $$$ for a fancy box to put it in, CP does and i believe some otehrs do to try and replicate the AT design

I was not sure for Tricore module because of the power plug on the side
Yes it is understandable this kess is cheap but works fine. For the moment .
I think you re right some at part are not identifiable.

The power plug is so that you can supply the kess with voltage replicated as the car battery, for when you do boot mode on bench
