Please can you help me with the update? I downloaded the file and extracted it into an SD card, but my car offered me an update only for the BT module. I have Audi A6 C7 2012 RMC version RMC_EU_P11311 HW52. BT update was successful. Thank you.

If there will be anybody who have the same problem like me (only BT FW update is offered), you need to run update process from Enginneering (red) menu. Choose system update -> slide down (all updated components will be already selected) and start update. It take approx. 45mins. I recommend this update mainly if you have some issues with BT. I had version 3.22.x and BT connection was unstable and buggy, but now It seems all those issues are fixed.

I have problems with the Buetooth, it takes a long time to connect, and sometimes it disconnects,

Suitable for A1, Q3, A6 & A7 with Hardware Version 50 to 59.

H60 (K16150) and >H60 (K16342) require different cards so you must check your HW version first.

I want to at least update the bluetooth.
I have the H62 version

This 8X0906961T doesn't work for me. TRUE?
What card reference do I have to use?
