Sounds maybe stupid question, but how can I enable Expert mode in Ista/P,and this is vital:
BMW AOS online version, not any downloaded version showed here multible times.
I once got info from AOS help, but I remember it didn't work at all.
I know that password is Istap, but what exactly I have to do?

I'm stuck to program DDE and some other modules. RLS is broken in that car, but it is absolutely insane that I should first replace that broken unit (cannot go over that), eventough I have no plan to program that or code at all.

With Expertmode you can disable RLS module from programming.

Click on RLS module and choose direct measure --> delete all actions

Hmm, I give a try. It complains that there is no ISTA/P installed; true: AOS version is never completely installed to pc, it is downloaded every time I use it.
Once again: I'm talking about AOS version (= BMW online), not any torrent etc standalone versions.

So this is true?

I really don't want to start use any standalone. It would be completely ok for own cars, but never to customers cars (which are the main thing).

AOS help desk told me some time ago that the whole flashing environment will be renewed in near future, but I guess they ment F & G series only (flashing in ISTA+ or D).
I guess E- series (as was my problem this time), will remain in ISTA/P.

No problem to use Ista/p standalone Expert Mode for customers cars.
