You cannot change EVO VIN with WriteDataByIdentifier alone - you either need to flash the unit with FA containing new VIN or purchase an FSC pack with VIN change included.

I am pretty sure that I changed the VIN with WriteDataByIdentifierVIN and used an FSC pack that didn't include VIN change.
