FSC problem - Invalid Creation date
Hi
I have just replaced a Kafas module with a used unit, this obviously has existing FSCs from the donor. I have changed VIN in the module and the donor FSCs are now rejected. I have FSC repair kit for the correct VIN but when I try to write the FSC, I get the error Invalid FSC creation date. I am using Esys and have Base64 decoded the FSC and have tried Write FSC, Update and Upgrade but all fail with the error. What am I missing here ? |

The creation date of the fsc of your repair kit is older than the on of the donor vin. That is what happening here.

Ok apparently there is no known way to delete the donor FSCs so a new virgin module is the only way - bummer

Afaik they can't be removed.
You have 3 options: 1) what shawnsheridan said 2) buy an emulator for kafas 3) buy a new kafas MGU virgin and patching in Europa.
