it doesn't matter update or new installation work
if you change key because you had an other key you have to install database again

Hello guys , i have the same problem as mentioned above from another person too.
My problem is that after i install the ewa and the database it fails at steps 7 and 8 and i get a message
" initialization of the epc database has failed ".
Is there any solution?
I tried re install it many times with no results.
