Hi!

I am planning to retrofit NBT in my F31 from 2014. The car currently has HU_ENTRYNAV without navigation, but with bluetooth/6NS and TCB module w. connecteddrive in the back.

So I have all the parts for the retrofit at home now, including a new HSD cable from TCB > NBT (very long cable). I have a couple of coding questions in order to get things working properly. From my understanding, since the TCB module came with car from factory, this should be working with retrofitted NBT as well correct?

- Which coding procedure should I walk through in order to get TCB working?
- Do I need to rotate excisting USB cable 180 degrees (with champ navi yes, but with ENTRYNAV?)
- Is it true you can use the excisting green cable, shave it and turn it 180 degrees?
- Do I need to inject new CAFD in TCB when NBT has been retrofitted? Or do I just VO code TCB after adding 609 to VO and coding NBT + TCB?

If I don’t want to use the excisting TCB module anymore, can I code Connecteddrive through NBT with Bluetooth tethering? And how do I code away the TCB module?

Any other tips are welcome! Many thanks in advance

I answer the questions I can:

you have to turn 180º both the usb of the tcb and the armrest.

At tcb you do not have to do anything to make it work.

Many thanks for your prompt answer, appreciated! So just retrofit the NBT, code 609 and 6NS, VO code the NBT and VO code the TCB?
