SuperVAG K+CAN 4.8 ,BIOS v1.5 SN 00001499 made in china

I'm wondering if anyone can help me with this diagnostic device, because i have this device for about 4 years and so far i could not use it at all. on the internet, it's almost impossible to find out what kind of additional programs should be used for the 8th submenu (APP MODE SELECT), because none of the 6 mentioned works except VAG CAN + K. please understand that i've lost enough time with upgrading and downgrading the firmware without getting to something satisfying. or it's just another waste of time and money loss . If anyone has any clue i would be very grateful....
