I edited BMW_ISPI_ISTA-META_4.10.14.xml to require BMW_ISPI_ISTA-META_SDP_4.10.13.xml not BMW_ISPI_ISTA-META_SDP_4.10.13b.xml and it installed...

4.10.14 what is istap equivalent in istalauncher?
in my case show 3.63.3 but sure i have this wrong.
