Hi forum.
I’m on the edge of a mental breakdown

I’ve bought 2x VVDI Programers for the only purpose of virginizing the eeprom chip in the 6WB kombi , I’ve bought 2x R270 and lately I’ve bought Xprog 5,74 but I yet still can’t manage to either set up the tools correct or do a readout with other tool than R270 witch unfortunately only can read eeprom but not write to eeprom.
If any one here has a good knowledge and knowhow about how to set up Vvdi or use it, and kindly would help me, I would gladly pay for your help and expertise.

Wouldn't it be cheaper for money spent on programmers give it to specialist to do the job

if you have 35160 eeprom you can forget about it these tools can't do it

You’re right but no man was ever born a specialist in any field.
I believe en learning by doing. It might be a struggle but the bitter fruit will be sweet

your r270 should read and erase 35160 eep only rework your adpter is neded..I erase many chips without problem..

I heard that r280 can read/erase 35160wt but about r270 dont believe
