You have a lot of programmer that can read that chip

Many tools or you can build own serial programmer. or for others chips you can buy tools like upa usb, can read eeprom and many MCU.. remember, no tools can read all chips. but for eeprom ST (95080,95160 ect) any serial programmer can read..
