My friend just bought Mercedes B class 2014 with Becker Map pilot navigation. Unfortunately he got the car without navigation module which should be in glovebox department. There is only an empty socket

I know there is a lot of different various models of Becker Map Pilot (M054, M075, M076, M083, M084, M085, M092, M097..)

My question is if any of those models would fit or we have to check any specific data regarding compatibility? Im about to look on E-bay for used module, but have to be sure if it will fit in his car..

Im pretty sure it should work with what ever box since the M097 etc are usually software related and extra funktions.

HI Janch , Just use any working module , it will work ok ,
i test it many times
Use a working module ,
Use pached software and maps , on internal memory
Put on car , and all ok

( be very carefull never delete , the Becker particion )
only work on second particion , to place maps

I just bought a 9077 module on e-bay (auction). I'm waiting for it and I will test everything when I get it in my hands. I know how to update it, I have done it before, but thank you anyway
