[Question] How to use newest ISTA-P without IBAC Codes for F-Series for flashing
Hi,
ISTA-P Support for newer models (like F, G and I Series) was discontiniued (last version with full support was 3.63.4). But I heard / and read that newer ISTA-P versions can be still used with IBAC-Code for the affected models. What does that means excatly? There are a lot of tools for generating IBAC-Codes (like ISTA-P Launcher from Beemerboy88) but this codes are only for retrofiting as far as I see. How can I flash the entire car with ISTA-P and IBAC Code / which IBAC Code have to use? I think this is important for users with retrofitted ECUS which should not be flashed in ISTA-P in expert mode. Thank you very much! |

ISTA-P will give you the order code, for example 001D.
Then generate the IBAC. |

I understand how to generate the IBAC code to enable ISTA-P, but the latest standalone versions do not contain PSDZ. Can I simply inject the PSDZ from the same version into the ISTA-P/BMW/Services/data/ecudata folder to enable ISTA-P for F-series?
