Emulator works only if ECU knows SN of camera. If not, it won't work.

Serial Number. It's stored inside of ECU and it can be changed only if you have FSC code. NIVI ECU supports two FSC codes, one is for ECU and stored permanently in it and another is used to pair the camera. But it will be deleted from ECU immediately after (un)successful pairing, so you can't get it from ECU to pair another camera (i. e. rewrite serial number in ECU). And afaik both FSC must contain the same VIN and pairing-FSC must contain SN of camera too. Really complicated thing.

So there only two ways to get camera working. You need to buy new camera or ECU with FSCs for your VIN from dealer (2 or 3 kk euro or more) or replace camera and ECU together and use them with emulator.

You have to keep original VIN to use it with emulator.
