Hello, I am trying to fix an issue on a LCI car with Xenons
Car was in an accident so headlights but also FRM were replaced.
Everything brand new.

Now I coded the FRM, almost everything works, except Angel Eys and Headlight Height controller.

I am getting power on TMS wire onthe headlight plug. But still no communication.

What I noticed is that one TMS module is from 2013, BMW Part number : 7381017 and the other TMS module is from 2016, BMW Part : 7440877
The later one seem to be a superseded version of the 2013 so I would assume they should work together.

Now running part numbers in ETK it seems these TMS modules are for AHL Xenon Headlights. But this car does not have AHL, only bi-xenons. TMS wires on those headlight plugs are on pin 5 and Lin bus wires are on pin 8.

What do you think guys? Wrong TMS modules

You need both TMS from Bi-Xenon, the AHL ones controlled via CAN3 not LIN like bi-xenon TMS
