RE: ISTA and KL15 KL30 no voltage
How much above 13V have you measured? If its only 13.1 or 13.2V, then its still too low. And it may drop 0.3V down the wires from charger to control units. 25A may be also weak when various pumps start on the car. Have you measured immediately after that pops up? But I don't really use ICOM emulator, so not sure - maybe there is also manual control for that?

You can't reset until you replace wear sensor - neither via cluster neither via software. After you replace the sensor I don't know. On E series you definitely can reset via cluster. Have not tried on F.

So you are saying that even though it does not show a voltage value for KL15 or KL30 in ISTA P on screen, it may still be reading the voltage in the background but it may be slightly off?

Beemerboy's loader should take care of voltages when using its internal ICOM emulator. I have never used it so don't know about that. But when using ICOM it will always show voltage about 0.3V lower than on charger connection terminals due to voltage drop on the cables inside the car. So if its reading voltage off of some control unit inside a car - it is possible. But I think you either are not using beemerboys' loader emulator or there must be a manual control.

RE: ISTA and KL15 KL30 no voltage
From version ISTA + 4.05 there is a problem with some functions with the ENET cable on the F series,
icom needed for version 4.09
install an older version 4.04 and everything will be ok, (or older)
You will delete errors and perform all service functions with the ENET cable

Oh no I just got 4.10 installed thinking to go up one version. Do you happen to know what problems there are with F series and ENET? They are causing my voltage issues ?

Thank you guys for your help I have successfully reset CBS for rear brakes to 100 percent. Pretty cool how you can see the remaining life for things like brake fluid as well. I can confirm 4.10 worked for me for CBS reset even without the voltages showing.

So I cannot program with ISTA + without ICOM I understand that, but then am I able to program using ISTA D instead with just ENET cable ?

I apologize I still don’t quite understand the functionality differences and limitations of each package if someone could help me.
