Hi guys

I have a bmw 318 E46 with no communication problem. If I plug a diagnosis machine, nothing comes out, ECU fails to respond, car cranks but never starts, checked all fuses, look fine, the 2 main relays near the DME are all coming in. How do I diagnose such a problem.

What diagnostic tools ? You ever connect this tools to this same car before ?

I use Maxisys 908P, have done plenty cars without a problem.
