So I'm not stupid thing about installations, but something blocks the ETK and I do not know what.
Java uninstalled and reinstalled but no success.
I'm at a loss.

Hi I found etk instalation problem and solve.
Download from link and copy to cd or external hdd or usb.Try thank you........

I could have come to it myself ..
You have to say that the unpacked folder must be directly on stick or external hard drive and not in an additional folder, then it works without problems.

If you read the instructions, you would not have problems installing.
In manual:
Install from DVD or a virtual drive!

Maybe i`m a bit stupid but i downloaded the etk_04_2018.zip file from this thread, extracted it to a folder on my harddrive and run the setup.exe "as admin".On my Win10 Laptop the integrated firewall and the build-in defender are "always on" because i know about some software that wants to set a firewall rule during setup and if firewall is turned off, it couldn`t and then throws an errormessage.When installation finished i was able to use etk but without prices.After i googled around a bit for the prices file i found one from 03/2018 in zip format and with the etk admin it was really easy to install the prices without extra unextracting the files.

So i have no idea about an iso file or a virtual drive that was talked about in this thread.Are you useing a different etk then me ?

If the ETK is in a simple folder with exe, I'm doing iso, and then I run iso via Daemon Tools. It works 100% always!
