ISTA-P not reading central encoding code
I'm getting the following error when I try to connect to a E60:
The vehicle order central encoding code nto be read from the vehicle. The selected model series group is 'E60'. This selection mighty have been incorrect. ISTA-P reads the short vin and shows the correct series. Firewall off and antivirus off. ISTA-D reads the car normally. Using ISTA-P 3.62.3, I'll try the newer 3.64, but ISTA-P 3.62.3 worked just fine on E65. Using ICOM A2. Anyone got any ideas what could be causing this? |

If VO stored in FRM differs from one stored in CAS that's what happening in ista..

In pre LCI (VFL) there is also FA in LMA module, correct me if I'm wrong.

The E60 FA / VO is only in
CAS and LMA annual production does not matter but probably someone wrote incorrect connect under NCS and check if it reads your FA If my post helped you hit the thanks and reputation button!

My bad, I meant CAS and LMA. Anyways both had the same faulty FA. Fixed the FA with NCS and after ISTA-P worked just fine to update car.

Sh*tty app, like iCarly, change VO when You code some things with that. Then is impossible to read with ISTA-P.
