Flashing KOMBI with Winkfp will not change the VIN of the unit. For this purposes, you need to remove eeprom and change the VIN with a programmer, for example R270.

hi hojo thank you, enabled thank you too, i know winkfp is much faster but sometimes i like to do full update with ISTA because i can print it and i can show it to the future buyer of my car...

Hi to all. Thank you for the advice. The only way to edit the VIN is to read and edit the EEPROM. I buy R270 + and I will try.

In Expert mode you can deselect the Kombi and then determine and execute the action plan. |

Hi. The work succeeded. Without R270, it is not possible to modify the VIN in the instrument panel. Now have my e92 Retrofit cruise control with braking function. Everything works. Thank you for your advice ..
