I didn't see the link you posted, just the one from darek_naprawa which is just the standard license that anyone can download from the Forscan website. Can your version be updated while retaining the extended license?

Disabled VIN disguise means you can read the full VIN in the program, there are no asterisks '*'.
Without extra internet (probably dontknow) means that the program doesn't require an active internet connection.

Yes. Although the extended version is not with forever licence. Plus some options are greyed out with the free download.
