Do I need to convert this to ISO image in Imgburn before burning?

You need to unrar these many .rar archive files with WinRAR or 7zip. Once done, you will get an .iso and .mds file: nx7dvdeur.iso and nx7dvdeur.mds
Load the .mds file into Imgburn, change book type to DVD-ROM and burn your DVD Dual Layer Disc with the lowest speed possible.

OK, finally got it working. After burning a few DVD DL+R's... Whoever is getting the Disc Error code, make sure you try the following way for correct burning of the image:

Instructions from a guy called Nadrew on another forum:

This works if you follow these directions. My first burn using Power ISO gave me the same errors some of you are mentioning(though I had no problem burning these discs in that program before).
1. I used a Memorex DL DVD+R(most use Verbatim)
2. Use imgBurn to burn it
3. Burn at a speed at least half as slow as the disc max(ex. 8x disc, burn at 4 or slower)
4. Open imgBurn, choose "Write Image File to Disc"
5. Choose iso image to burn
6. Uncheck "verify" if it's checked
7. In the bottom right-hand corner there is an icon that looks like a book. If you float the arrow over it it will read "change book type." Click it.
8. If you look at the top of the box that opens you will see your DVD burner name/type listed. Choose that tab out of the options.
9. Beside "Change for:" you well see a drop down menu reading "Please Select." Hit the arrow to display the options
10. Choose "Current Media (For DVD+RW Media)"
11. Below that by "New Setting" choose "DVD-Rom" in the drop down menu.
12. Select ok
13. Start the burn
14. Tell your mom you love her
15. Insert and enjoy!

If you can't make your disc work with those directions just buy the damn thing! It's on sale for £20 on eBay

In the book part (bottom right corner) my drive is NOT listed there. My drive is TSSTCORP, so i cannot change anything to DVD....???

I am not sure, but I believe TSSTCORP could be Samsung?
In google they say that it has DVD-ROM setting by default so it may not be needed to change anything.
You can also check your default dvd drive settings in Nero Discspeed, by choosing Extra -> Bitsetting

The windows should look something like this:


If it says DVD-ROM in Book Type column, then you should be OK by writing without changing any settings...

Otherwise, I would try playing around with Samsung settings in Imgburn.
