I see wrong or 4.11.11 is missing because for installation BMW_ISPI_ISTA-META_SDP_4.11.11.xml is needed.

installation was ok
but don't start
log is after first install with console
log from install is deleted sad

problem fixed, i has downloaded new ista standalone version and installed files with the console.
works now fine!
