Hi,

I flashed whole car with esys 3.31.0 with 3.60 psdzdata.
All goes ok but ECU. MSV90 flashed ok but esys cant code it after flash.
I try with ISTA/P and is the same, ista cant code.
Now fuel pump works all time, car start and I can drive but with power reduction.

DME have no cafd. When I choose Detect CAF from SWE and try code there is an error:

Are you using the original power class?

remove the ecu and code it another car. I saved an acsm this technique. probably your problem on your zgw.

Can't code in another car (there is no other N53 with MSV90 ecu) but I think it will not do anything.
I change ZGW (try two diffrent) still no luck, same problem.
I flashed whole car with 3.60 and all modules flashed ok and coding ok but ECU flashed but no coding.

Still have no CAFD in ECU list and still can't code, error the same.
Maybe in this psdzdata is some problem with proper firmware version to this ECU?

Are you sure that you are using your original VO and not a modified one with an ECE key type inside? Got this error message last time when I flashed an US car with an ECE key type and forgot to change this before flashing the DME.

Yes, you can be right.
I changed from typeKey = "WX53" USA to typeKey = "WX51" ECE.
And I think I forgot to change back before flashing.
Now back to WX53 and flashed, it change swfl but still coding not possible.

Any suggestions?

Yes, you can be right.
I changed from typeKey = "WX53" USA to typeKey = "WX51" ECE.
And I think I forgot to change back before flashing.
Now back to WX53 and flashed, it change swfl but still coding not possible.

Why do you use esys with launcher from token master for non FDL coding?
Try without launcher.

I tried without launcher, nothing change still same error.
Someone told me that maybe this is problem to switch ECU in programming mode.

I tired flashed once more time to ECE (flash ok, no coding possible) then I flash back to US and swfl flashed ok but still no cafd then I detect and choose CAFD_00000721_003_006_000 and there is above error.

Have someone CAFD file:
CAFD_00000721_003_006_000
or
CAFD_00000721_003_005_002 ?
