You must delete the $269 and add $268 (Audiosystem ECE),
and depending on radio ($396) or CD with radio ($540) add this VO.

If you use under the "Retrofit" menu in ISTA-P, you do not need to deal with any code.
But if you need to load a configuration file for a VO, it must be generated manually before, which can be done in E-SYS. Or with a text editor if you use my draft FA_ISTAP_20180521_ZW28970.xml.txt file.
