BMW X5 E70 attaching used ECU EDC16C35
Hello colleagues!
Tell me please. Can I attach used ECU to the car? Is it necessary to reset the used ECU? What equipment or software do i need? How to attach it to the car? I have a backup made by the k-tag from the original ECU. Is it enough for attaching? Thanks in advance for any information We see everything not as it is, we see everything as we are.

Yes,
Full BDM read with K-Tag and write that into the other ECU that would fo the job. Its important that other ECU have exact same HW and SW numbers |

Cloning EDC16 is really easy. Just make a full BDM backup with KTAG and write to the new one.
