Hello. I have been trying to fit Cruise Control and Speed Limitier to my Citroen C Elysee. Yesterday i have connected all day to the car (it always auto detected the VIN). Then some hours later it started to not detect the VIN but i could enter it manually and still work with the car. But some time later it got stucked with "no dialogue" message in all ecus. Today i started trying again and the same happens.

Drivers are installed correctly. Device is detected correctly. I am using Virtual Machine with Windows XP. Its C revision. I am using 7.40 version because it allowed me bsi configuration. Restarted computer several times, disconnected and plugged the psa many times, changed usb too. I did not touch the firmware version, the correct should be installed.

Does the car block it self or something after few connections?

I will try now to delete everything and reinstall...

I would steer away from vm. Doesnt sound like a software issue if it just stopped working. Is it showing ok device manager?

Yes it show good in devices manager. I use the vm option because in case of that something happens i can delete it and run the backup and dont have to make the long instalation again. What i found strange it worked perfect all day yesterday, but it stopped at the end. Will try now with fresh install

Maybe my obd port or cable is damaged and it make contact sometimes?

Does anyone know how i can check that and try to repair it?

Is the light on the vci? I had a similar problem years ago that when i used the long usb cable that came with it sometimes it took a few tries to connect. Try a shorter usb. Further to that look at the pins on the car port. Make sure that they arent loose.

Yes the light blinks and stay on when plugged. Actually i am using the short, i did try also the long one. Reinstalled everything and no luck. I had this problem sometime ago. But finally i could connect and do the job. Now i wanted to add the cruise control.
The first day i played few times in the day with diagbox and no problem at all until the end of the day. Today i basically tried to connect all day and could not. I cant understand why it worked for a long time and then it stopped.

Which firmware have you got? 921815C INCONNUE or 963830C PEUGEOT

It must be a hardware or cable/obd port issue :/
