0AirBag  Error KTAG clone
hi friends.

I have KTAG clone with firmware 7.020, it doesn´t read ECU MED17.9.8.When i press the read button, the program doesn´t work andthis is the error message: External excception EEFFACE.

Can anybody help me?please

only for this ecu?i had several times this fault and I have changed usb cable.

software problem. I have before with kess v2 same problem. or maybe boot wire and cnf1 not conected?

This message appears if you have connection problem between Ktag and PC. Must check usb cable, drivers and correct sw for your firmware. Dont forget to put external 12V power to your K-tag. You said its first time you use it. If all these are checked and OK then its k-tag HW problem.

Install the software on different computers.
Windows 7 32
Windows 7 64
Windows Xp

I always have the same error, I have also changed the 12v power supply.

When I press read, the green LED flashes and it seems that it will work, but the software always does not respond in the task manager until it gives the error.

Can it be the micro SD? Can it be restored?
