The ABS light came-up after resetting the TPMS via the stalk in this 2009 E82 I worked on to remove $524 from the FA (didn't write it to the car, just coded NFRM with the Expert mode profile).

Coding DSC with the Expert mode in NCS makes it the warning go away but it comes right back up after driving 50ft or so.

Calibrating the steering angle with Tool32 and DSC_87.prg didn't work either.

No loss of pressure in the brake pedal. Brake fluid level is good.
ABS actually works.
TPMS sensors are present on the wheels.

Can someone please suggest some things to try?

did initialization of sensors went sucesfuly?try do with ista prosedure..throwing dtc after 50m teling me maybe something with wheels or steering..post dtcs from ista here and maybe we find solution

Yes, based on internet findings, this is what I did with Tool32 while having the wheels pointing straight.
DSC_87.prg
entered the VIN in the argument field. Added 1 at the end of the VIN
double clicked lenkwinkel dsc abgleichen
Status job was OKAY

Repeated the above for 'c_fg_schreiben' and 'c_fg_auftrag'
Wouldn't work with the 1 at the end of the VIN so I took out the 1


I don't have ISTA.

And I don't have ICOM. Just the OBDII to USB cable.

You can´t just add 1 to any VIN, because this is checksum.

NCS Expert will show you the VIN checksum.

You need to read the codes to find out the problem, it might be initialisation of the DSC valves.

no need icom for diagnostic and simple coding..Ista-D works yust fine with K-DCAN cables.you can find all here redy to work on C.T. without proper diagnosing your car you cant finish the yob

The ABS warning light popped up right after coding. It is not related to coding but the timing is so odd.
