I've downloaded and placed in my SharedStorage folder but ISTA refuses to update, any ideas?

Sorry, when I click "check for software updates2 in ISTA Launcher I get the message: "No ISTA Installation data could be found, Please check the ISPI admin client"

Is that more helpful or can you point me in the right direction on how to use these files and what I should have in my SharedStorage folder as a pre-requisite to update to this version?

Maybe check your ISTA Launcher log to the reason why or post it here if your too lazy to do that or do not understand it.

Not too lazy, thanks for the advice, I've looked in the folder where the logs are kept, which one do you need, there are a few in there.
