SLK r171 acceleration sensor type mismatch
Hi there guys, does anybody know if I can code the airbag ECU to accept 2 acceleration sensors that are from different manufacturers? I had the SRS light in dash for some weeks now and DAS reported "B48/1 driver side frontal acceleration sensor faulty or not present".I changed it with another one (different P/N) but it won't accept it.It says "b48/2 and b48/1 are from diffent manufacturers".
Can i do something to force it to ignore the different manufacturers? |
