Hello

I have an Audi S5 from USA and needed to make converison in order to use Europe maps. Car has MMI 3GP. I installed Euorpean version of K0942 but after final restart of MMI i Don't have text labels and some icons are missing.
I installed same version from Emergency update but the problem with icons didn't disappeared. It is difficult to reinstall same K0942 version because of missing text labels in update menu ...

In Green Menu I checked:

1. System -> Internal and change to "Rest of the world
and
2. Nav -> databaseupdate And Change your "Active HDD Nav DB" to the region/country - Rest ow the world

3. SWDL and tick "Ignore region and variant

... before doing initital and emergency update.

Any idea how to solve this problem ?

You need changed EEPROM with desoldering and change language US eng to UK eng
or
need VCP Pro to read eeprom and change language

Very strange ... in all tutorial for changing navi from USA to EU there is no mention of using VCP Pro.
So after using VCP Pro should I reinstall K0942 again or there is no need to do that ?
What are steps for changing language with VCP Pro ?
Could I reinstall NA firmware 7XX (came with car) version again all the menu will be in original state ? (if I can't find VCP Pro). Or should I find , first K09XX USA equivalent.
