Hi guys.

I need a correction on this dump. The dump is taken from a lexus is300h Hybrid with eeprom 93c66

The dash was attempted by someone in the past and it was displaying a stuck odo value of 55,110 miles. This value never incremented (even though the trip counter did)

I am able to set it to 0 and it counts but I need it set to 56,000 miles so it complies and need it to increment of course.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have looked again and the chip is 93A66 (and not 93C66).

From what I can see the chip should be read as 8 bit.

If it is not read as 16 bit, it can't be properly corrected and will corrupt the eeprom if written back as 8 bit.

Read it as 16 bit.

I am using flypro and sofi Spa-8 programmer.

There are no options to change how it reads. I have been through all the options and there isn't many.

So how do you suggest to read in 16bit and how do you know it's been read in 8bit might help me too.

No idea how to use cheap programmers like that, read the manual.

I know it was read as 8 bit because of the repeating bytes.
