Change Log for v1.0.1.1

1. Fixed IBAC Generation. (Sorry I left some test code in place)
2. Map list now sorted.
3. Map and Year code changed to 4 digits for future use.
4. Used location for Lookup.xml and IBacParameterList.xml can be set in settings.
5. Other minor code improvements.
6. Latest Lookup.xml included.

Well at least that "this software is provided free of charge" popup wasnt annoying at all :P

I have a question which has come up since version 1.0.1.0.

When i choose lifetime code it provides with code 0xFE. This generates a wrong code. Any ideas to what causes this? if i use version 1.0.0.8 it uses FF

Sorry about the popup, but some ****** are selling this on eBay.

Lifetime is not a wrong code, it's now just using FE instead of FF, it's just a little less lifetime :P

Ah, good. Then we are on the same page. But a "little less" life time = 0 for me. So thats not an option :P

0 being the codes dont work with the lifetime option enabled.
