DME disable !
hi, first, sorry for my english, i'm french wait

i have a troubleshoot with my e46 318 ci N46....

she don't want start and pump relay make : clac clac clac clac......

also i have the fan turn in low speed....

first time check a diag with rheingold, i have a defaut on dme !

i fix it and my car start directly !!

take 10 kms and when i cut the contact, she don't want restart !!??

today new diag, dme is in red and i can't do anithing sad

i have no clac clac at pump relay, no centralisation....


please, HELP ME i'm gone be crazy

If DME is red you need to check fuses and power to DME. Also check bus wires.

If all ok then you must replace DME

Reset DME with tool 32 and see if it comes back online. If that fails then time to replace

when DME doing clac clac clac clac and the Throttle valve doing the same sound clac clac clac clac
it's 90% DME fault try to cool down the DME 10% it will work again for 1 min

rana, not my dme clac clac clac lol its my pump relay, dme is not access sad

i unplug it all the journey, but no solution

the DME is the one who control the pump Relay in n46 DME so check the main power relay who controlled by dme too if it's not the problem pm me i will help you
i dont know much about cars electric i just know about coding

What is the DME in your car? Find matching .prg for it in tool32 and attempt to read. Any of the LESEN jobs will do for this purpose. If it succeeds look for reset command and run it. Cant recall which it is but will look for it when I have connection to a car.

when i open tools32 i select my ek924 but after all windows are empty ....
