[Audi_80]

After trying many things, fixing ETKA_AU.INI, copying Data2 to Data1, placing upd122x.log into data1 it does not look like data is updating properly.

DeltaUpd.log in Data2 shows one error:

Error : File position invalid (Line 102, code 15, subcode 0)
Parameter 1 : 92416
Parameter 2 : 64523
Failed - FDT-Update-InPlace (C:\ETKA\VWAU\DATA\AU\Data2_$Upd$\R\KAT430.BIN)

Any idea how to fix this error?

Running on 1230 Audi here 100% no errors.

Using the f33nix edition of ETKA, not whatever you are running.

ETKA 8.0 with algeni loader.

All other brands updated fine and are on the latest update without issue.

If I run the 1227 update it gets the least errors in the DeltaUpd.log. Just these two:

Parameter 2 : C:\ETKA\VWAU\DATA\AU\Data2_$Upd$\R\kat430.bin
Parameter 3 : C:\ETKA\VWAU\DATA\AU\Data2_$Upd$\R\Kata430.pnt
Failed - Creating pointer (C:\ETKA\VWAU\DATA\AU\Data2_$Upd$\R\KATALOGE.FDT)

It seems like maybe most of the 1226 update worked but something effecting those two items didn't work.

Is this an INI issue or time for a Data1 and Data2 folder from a working updated ETKA?

I would not drop data1/data2 from a working ETKA... unless you have nothing to loose?

I think from what I have seen, you need to make a clean install of ETKA... and if this fails use another version of ETKA from another "chef"

This is an odd request, but would anyone happen to be able to send or post up the following files from ETKA still on Audi update 1226?

C:\ETKA\VWAU\DATA\AU\Data2\R\Kat430.bin
C:\ETKA\VWAU\DATA\AU\Data2\R\Kat430.pnt

This appears to be where the error may be. Hate to have to start from scratch over two files causing an issue.
