I have one bosch MED 17.2 ecu from a R55 N14B16AB cooper S which is dead. No connection in car!
I tried to read with KTAG (BOSCH MEDV17.2 IROM TC1766 P152) but nothing.

I have a used same ECU (0261S04442) with i can read with KTAG.

How can I use the donor ECU with the car CAS?

Can I read the old ECU on the BDM interface with KTAG? Because you could be cloned.

I attached the donor's ECU content, but how do I find the ISN?

Few members here i guess can find isn by dump
Otherwise you need a tool. By obd to retreive the isn .try to read your original full and write it into donor ecu

u read it with boot mode or bdm mode ? i guess train with obd (fjtech) and goodluck

As I wrote the original ECU can not be read on OBD!
Yes i try with boot mode, but i think it can be only with BDM port, but how?

what i have: KTAG 2.11, old BDM100, VVDI prog
