BMW Update DVD Road Map Europe Professional version 2014.



The product Professional is now available for the first time as a set comprising three DVDs . Each DVD contains a different group of countries together with the entire network of roads leading to the ' Western and Eastern Europe .



Additional Information - Free TMC in Germany, Austria , Switzerland, France , Great Britain, Italy , the Netherlands, Belgium , Denmark, Norway , Sweden, Spain and the Czech Republic. To receive the encrypted TMC service in other countries, we are able to offer a BMW ConnectedDrive contract for specific countries.



Designed exclusively for use with the BMW Professional ( 609) , navigation system in combination with a CCC ( Car Communication Computer ) head unit .

Can you please advise what DVD burner to use? Tried burning DVD1 on 3 different laptops and 2 PCs with no luck.
As I understand a DVD drive with overburn feature is required, which is not easy to find. Is there any way to remove some files (i.e. language files) to bring DVD1 image size down?

I have a similar experience as Sadas. I tested according to the instructions media Verbatim DVD+R and DVD-R with ImgBurn ver 2.5.8.0. These ISO (MDS) data for DVD1 West are too big. Overburnig does not help and "truncated" makes DVD unreadable.

ISO data have size 2.298.720 sectors, it is 4.707.778.560 bytes or 4.597.440 kB
DVD has a maximum capacity of 2.298.496 sectors.
Does anyone have an idea how to solve this?

You need a dual layer dvd burner then it should work.

worked fine for me but unfortunately my car's nav drive optics are getting dirty and there's no easy way to play the "cleaning" track of the cleaning-disc since it's not a general purpose drive (well it is but can't be used as such).. maybe have to take the thing apart.
