Hi guys,
as the title opens this discussion about the tuning of my car.
bmw e87 year 2004 118d edc16c31 m47 hw / sw 631-269.
I would like advice from you more experienced and maybe discuss and do several tests.

we assume that my car has:
  530 derivation injectors
  gt2260v turbine 530 derivation with electronic actuator.
  aspiration, direct
  exhaust.

I have always mapped my car, I have the right mechanics and electronics bases, but in the tuning maps sector it's only a year ago that there are inside.
before I installed the turbine I managed to frame the map very well, but now the car can not fill up well as before and I do not get to the desired turbo pressures.

you who say you start the project from the original or try to touch up the stage1 map?

Hey, I drive the M47 myself but with a GT1752 Turbo. I am currently at 260hp and 540nm. That's almost the limit. Problem is that with more it can happen that the pistons break. If you want to drive more you should block the pistons of the 35D. Also important is a LLK of the 35D or larger.
Take an original data. Use WinKFP and make an update to the 120D software. There was 1 version with Garrett Turbo and one with MHI. Find one with Garrett and play it. Your injectors are the same as those of the 320 / 120D! You can write to me and then I look at your tune and tell you what you are missing. But I can tell you one thing right away. With ECM or similar programs you do not need to start. WinOLS is the only true one.
