I have never met this case before. Just deleted old Rheingold & download this version.
all .7z file with no unlock in Properties.

Use 7Zip to un-archive all files. I have use RCleanerV4.4 & apply all reg file. But same error.

Try redownload many times all file but same.

Any suggest for my case ?

If he readed my FAQ? he must did all discribed there. It's logical, I think.
Even without regfix ista-d must see databases. But without it ista don't launch with error.
I can make istagui.exe without database check. I test it with 4.13.14 and with old bases 4.12.41.
But U must correcttly unpack databases in SQLiteDBs folder (as discribed in my FAQ).

Ok i tryed few more ista -d versions now downloaded and installed 4.11.32
and nothink same error.

1 - used newes unzip
2 - installed java again ( 8u181 - x64 )
3 - reinstalled netframework
4 - deleted and instaled Ediabas 7.3.0
5 - VCRedist x86 x64 All In One Multilingual reinstalled
6 - vs_90 reinstalled also again

Cheked ediabas and obd ini file done STD:OBD changed Com9 to Com1 port .
and nothink same error ,were i done mistake

i put some pictures from ediabas, obd ini files and ista-d and ista-p errors.

First- verify that You run ICOM Emulator first (before ISTA-P)



Connect Your OBD cable to pc, start device manager and please confirm, that it appears in COM1 (older or pro laptops has builtin COM port, so COM1 will be in use)

Run CMD

type "set" and press enter. There should be something like this:
EDIABAS_CONFIG_DIR=C:\EDIABAS\BIN

If not, so try to set one using "Advanced system settings"-> "Environment Variables" in windows, then reboot or reinstall ediabas using "Patched_EDIABAS_7.3.0.msi" from Tools, then reboot.

It appears that Your software doesn't see the correct ediabas folder and using ICOM instead or You didn't run ICOM Emulator first before ISTA-P.
