Is your USB stick FAT32 or NTFS?
It must be FAT32. |

you never responded was your actual issue is, why you need to load FA file.
i would use NCS, as it is simpler and quicker. there is a possibility to load FA from CAS or FRM/NFRM. maybe in one module is still intact.hard to tell as we don't have more infos from your side. also you can load .ssd file in NCS and write FA to both modules |

you already opened a thread about this issue...!?!
https://cartechnology.co.uk/showthread.php?tid=36930 as said before if FRM is red on ista there is no communication. these modules are fragile to fail. use a replacement unit or reanimate it with xprog or similar. also make sure all positive/grounds and communication lines are ok. (you can not program/code or write FA file to a module that doesnt respond trough OBD) |

Try loading through Data management>import> then after you import it select it and display your information. I am having the same type of issue but I think I am close to resolving it. Also hit continue a couple of time when creating the session until it gives you three choices online data management and exchange.
