This is not RNS MMI basic, this is RMC system.
You can buy a card but for activation you must go to the dealer or send the unit to someone who can activate.

I managed to make a copy of my original sd of 2017. it works on more surfers.

I copied the original CID (FOR ACTIVATE) of my SD 2017 on the SD copy.

It works cuz you have fsc for 2017 map any newer will not work even with correct CID
