thanks all but i still don't have luck with either new or old key, no ignition . i checked flash also and it is good... i can't enter diagnostics in either ezs, elv and ecu... can someone check if this eeprom is good ?

try several times put key into slot, leave in for moment and try again.

What tool you use ?
And what is problem from begening ?
Is your elv good ?
When you put key in ignition do you here the elv ?
What key type you use ?
Sometimes need to activate key in software before you put in ignition . what key number you use ?
I have to ask is battery good ?
If you use a already key place that was programmed before in dump you need to put key in ignition for 90 mn withou turning on

eeprom is good ...
Put new generated keys in eis and see if led in key on/blink
if its won't blink then Check pulses in EIS (Pin 2 should be GND and Pin 3 with 12 volts)

i manged to turn ignition on now with both new and old key but on table using JULIE emulator as ELV. So problem is ELV all along. I will try to remove elv tomorrow and keep emulator on car.
