Hello,

I had the same problem @bubuloimare had.

I used a brand new Toshiba 32GB USB 3.0 flash drive when I update tp 2018-1, with 2018-2 it wasn't working.
What did the trick for me was converting the USB drive from GPT to MBR, using EaseUS Partition Master (You can use another disk management software or the Windows cmd if you know the codes).

I'm also having similar problems to bubuloimare applying this to our Mini. Its just not picking up the USB key. Its a 64GB memory key and I have tried both NTFS and FAT32 but when its inserted its just not picking up. The key is FAT32 as checked in EaseUS so not sure whats left. I've tried writing from both MacOS and from Windows 8.1

The folder structure is the same as bubuloimare shows - 1 file and 1 folder
